Shaheen Beauchamp Builders
Shaheen Beauchamp Builders is a Northern Nevada general contractor specializing in industrial, medical, retail faith-based and community space, as well as fine homes and multi-family residential construction. Since 1998, SBB has built more than two million square feet in the region. Their goal is to give clients a sense of confidence from initial vision and inception to ground breaking, and from final walk-through to closeout and beyond. From start-to-finish, SBB works closely with the project owner, architect and subcontractors to effectively manage the critical areas of cost control, schedule adherence, quality assurance, risk and liability management and safety.

WHAT WE DO
IPSM takes a holistic approach to marketing and public relations for SBB, managing everything from ad design and media buys to public relations, social media, email newsletter and event planning. In 2017, we designed and build a beautiful new website. We’ve managed several ground breaking and ribbon cutting events, as well as a special party to celebrate the renovation of their historic Carson City location. In 2018, we celebrate SBB’s 20th anniversary.
